Doug made the roster the City of Hope Celebrity Softball Game! The game took place Saturday June 13 during the annual CMA festival in Nashville at First Tennessee Park.
Doug made his way onto the iHeart team through a fundraising campaign on StageIt.com. Through the support of his fans, the funds raised for City of Hope by these online concerts awarded him a spot in this year’s lineup. Other artists on the roster included Vince Gill, Bret Michaels, Bobby Bones, Lauren Alaina, Lindsay Ell, Love and Theft, Dean Carter, and many more.
